What to include
- The email address of your Ikigai account.
- The screen where the problem appeared, and what you were doing at the time.
- A screenshot, if you can take one. It usually saves a round of questions.
If you are using the iPhone app
Tell us your iPhone model and your iOS version, and whether you installed the app from TestFlight or from the App Store.

The privacy policy explains what we store, how we use it, and how to ask us to delete your account and everything in it.
